📌 ORDERING
How do I place an order on Texcomfy?
You can order directly from our website by selecting your favorite products, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can cancel or edit your order within 6 hours after placing it. After 6 hours, the order will be processed and can no longer be changed or canceled. Please contact us immediately at Support@Texcomfy.com for assistance.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it, please: Check your spam/junk folder. Ensure you entered the correct email address. If you still haven’t received it, contact us for support.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! You can select the Gift Option at checkout and add a personalized message for the recipient.

What payment methods does Texcomfy accept?
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop App, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are securely processed by PayPal, Shopify, Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, Amazon Pay. We do not store your credit card information after the transaction is completed. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.
Why is my payment not going through?
Please ensure your card details are entered correctly or try using a different payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us at Support@Texcomfy.com for assistance.

How long does shipping take?
📦 Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped. 🚚 Estimated delivery time: USA (domestic): 7-10 business days. UK & EU: 7-15 business days. Canada: 7-15 business days Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days International: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination).
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on product weight, shipping address, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. You can also check the Order Tracking page on our website.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to update in the shipping system. If your tracking status does not update after a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or email us for assistance.
Does Texcomfy ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
P.O. Boxes: We recommend providing a complete street address to avoid lost shipments. Military addresses (APO/FPO): Currently, we do not support delivery to these locations.
How can I change my shipping address?
Please email your new address to Support@Texcomfy.com as soon as possible so we can update it before your order is shipped.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Import taxes and duties vary depending on your country’s regulations. Texcomfy is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
🔄 RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
What is Texcomfy’s return/exchange policy?
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them if they are defective or not as described. Please keep the original packaging, box, and receipt when requesting a return/exchange.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Does Texcomfy offer refunds?
Yes! If the item is defective or not as described, we will issue a 100% refund after receiving the returned product. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Which items are non-returnable?
