At Texcomfy, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, not displayed, and undamaged.

The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided when requesting a return.

The item must not fall under the list of non-returnable items (see below).
Note: As our products are handcrafted (e.g., birthday plates, hand-embroidered crowns, name puzzles, and wooden busy boards), slight variations in color, texture, or shape compared to reference images are natural characteristics and do not qualify as defects.
2. Accepted Return Cases
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Manufacturing defects.

Items damaged during shipping (must report within 48 hours of delivery).

Wrong item, color, or quantity delivered.
We do not accept returns due to change of mind.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Customized or personalized products (e.g., name puzzles, hand-embroidered crowns).

Items with more than 30% discount off the original price.

Gift cards or voucher codes.
-
Used, damaged, or improperly stored products.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Email your return request to Support@texcomfy.com, including:

Clear photos of the item and packaging.

Your order number or proof of purchase.

Wait for approval from Texcomfy.

Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send the item.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or wrong delivery: Texcomfy will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons: The customer covers the return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Return Packaging Requirements
Items must be securely packaged with adequate shock protection during return shipping. Texcomfy is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the return does not meet the conditions, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at Support@texcomfy.com.
8. Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order:

Send a cancellation request to Support@texcomfy.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellations will only be accepted if:

The request is made within 12 hours.

The order has not yet entered production.

Important Notes:

Once production has started (even if the item hasn’t shipped), cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
Refund for canceled orders: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
9. EU Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to:

A 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

Send a clear withdrawal notice to Support@texcomfy.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

Return the item within 14 days after notification.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Return Shipping Costs: Customer bears the shipping costs if returning for personal reasons.
