  • Ready-to-Ship Products: 1–2 business days

  • EU & UK: 7-10 business days

  • Canada: 7-15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days

Refused or Unaccepted Shipments

We are not responsible for refunds if:

  • The customer refuses to accept the delivery.

  • The carrier attempts delivery multiple times but is unable to deliver successfully.

  • The tracking status shows the package was delivered to the provided address.

In these cases, Texcomfy reserves the right to abandon the package without issuing a refund.

Damage or Loss During Shipping
